چکیده

Non-linear special relativity (or doubly special relativity) is a simple framework for encoding properties of flat quantum space-time. In this paper we show how this formalism may be generalized to incorporate curvature (leading to what might be called “doubly general relativity”). We first propose a dual to non-linear realizations of relativity in momentum space, and show that for such a dual the spacetime invariant is an energy-dependent metric. This leads to an energy-dependent connection and curvature, and a simple modification to Einstein’s equations. We then examine solutions to these equations. We find the counterpart to the cosmological metric, and show how cosmologies based upon our theory of gravity may solve the “horizon problem”. We discuss the Schwarzschild solution, examining the conditions for which the horizon is energy dependent. We finally find the weak field limit.

We consider Quasi-Extreme Kerr and Quasi-Extreme Schwarzschild-de Sitter Black Holes. From the known analytical expressions obtained for their Quasi-Normal Modes frequencies, we suggest an area quan-tization prescription for those objects.

We present a new group field theory describing 3d Riemannian quantum gravity coupled to matter fields for any choice of spin and mass. The perturbative expansion of the partition function produces fat graphs colored with SU(2) algebraic data, from which one can reconstruct at once a 3-dimensional simplicial complex representing spacetime and its geometry, like in the Ponzano-Regge formulation o...

We studied the variation of Newton ́s gravitational constant G, using the experimental data and the scalar-tensor theory for gravitation. We search for a fine tunning to match the datas and find possible scenarios for the history of this constant.

Non-vacuum exact gravitational waves invariant for a non Abelian two-dimensional Lie algebra generated by two Killing fields whose commutator is of light type, are described. The polarization of these waves, already known from previous works, is related to their natural sources consisting of cosmic strings and γ-ray bursts. Non vacuum exact gravitational waves admitting only one Killing field o...
